Ofte gennemg\u00e5r vi dusinvis af cv\u2019er for at finde den rette kandidat. Imidlertid er et cv alene sj\u00e6ldent nok. Derfor \u00f8nsker flere virksomheder i dag at vurdere ans\u00f8gere ud fra et psykologisk perspektiv. Her kommer startup-virksomheden ReQiu til unds\u00e6tning med et spil, der afsl\u00f8rer kandidatens sande karakter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I denne artikel ser vi n\u00e6rmere p\u00e5 historien bag virksomheden. Vi har bes\u00f8g af Piotr Zjawiony, administrerende direkt\u00f8r for ReQiu, som er blevet interviewet af Agata Walendowska til vores podcast <em>Startup Stories<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hvad er form\u00e5let med rekruttering med ReQiu?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Det f\u00f8rste sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l i interviewet faldt naturligt: &#8220;Hvad laver ReQiu egentlig?&#8221; If\u00f8lge Piotr er deres l\u00f8sning et online spil, som b\u00e5de kan bruges til ans\u00e6ttelser og interne vurderinger af medarbejdere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Piotr Zjawiony forklarer:<\/strong> <em>&#8220;Det er et online spil, hvor du bev\u00e6ger dig rundt p\u00e5 et virtuelt kontor. Baseret p\u00e5 dine handlinger og din adf\u00e6rd i spillet, giver systemet svar om din personlighed. Derudover st\u00f8tter vi vores kunder med skr\u00e6ddersyede v\u00e6rkt\u00f8jer og personalisering.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hvordan fungerer spillet i praksis?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mange undrer sig over, hvordan et computerspil kan m\u00e5le faglige kompetencer. <strong>Rekruttering med ReQiu<\/strong> adskiller sig ved at m\u00e5le seks specifikke personlige tr\u00e6k:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Selv-effektivitet og selvkontrol.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kreativitet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u00f8gning efter information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Problemforudsigelse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analytiske f\u00e6rdigheder.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Spillet minder om <em>The Sims<\/em>. Kandidaten skal l\u00f8se dagligdagsopgaver, som for eksempel at planl\u00e6gge en arbejdsdag i en kalender. Systemet fokuserer derfor p\u00e5 selve adf\u00e6rden og den strategi, som folk bruger, fremfor blot teoretiske svar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Videnskabelig validering og tidsforbrug<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tid er en afg\u00f8rende faktor i enhver ans\u00e6ttelsesproces. Heldigvis tager spillet kun cirka <strong>45 minutter<\/strong>, hvorefter virksomheden modtager en fuld analyse. Denne effektivitet er resultatet af en lang testproces. Faktisk testede teamet over 2000 mennesker f\u00f8r lanceringen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Piotr p\u00e5peger, at processen tog over syv m\u00e5neder i laboratoriet. Her sammenlignede de spillets data med traditionelle psykologiske sp\u00f8rgeskemaer for at sikre, at modellen beregner de psykologiske tr\u00e6k korrekt.
